Directions for Use: Menstruating Women: Beginning on Day 14 of your menstrual cycle, rub approximately 2 gm (ΒΌ tsp) of salve into skin of upper inside arm. Rotate on the second day to the other arm. On the third day, apply to upper inside thigh. Rotate on the fourth day to other thigh. Continue rotation until day before menstruation begins; then take a 14-day break. May be used once or twice daily (after bathing, in the morning and/or evening). Non-menstruating Women: Due to menopause or surgery. Apply beginning at anytime, following the above instructions; taking a one-week break. |
