Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as to strengthen and tone the womb prior to childbirth.

Adults Directions for Use

Infuse 2 teaspoons (4 g) in 250 ml boiling water for 10-15 minutes; 3 times daily.

Ingredients

*Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), *Chamomile (Matricaria recutita), *Oat Straw (Avena sativa).

Certified Organic

Use from 32 weeks gestation until labor.
Caution & Warnings:
Use under the supervision of a health care practitioner. Do not use if gluten intolerant or allergic to the Asteracaea/Compositae family.
