Adults Directions for Use
Infuse 1 teaspoon (2 g) in 250 ml boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drink 1-3 times daily. Honey or lemon may be added.
Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus), *Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), *Raspberry (Rubus idaeus), *Ginger (Zingiber officinale), *Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa).
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, prior to use if taking prescription or over-the-counter medicines or if have kidney or liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, history of thromboembolic disorders or stroke, history or at high risk of developing estrogenic dependent tumours, have endometriosis or uterine fibroids or heavier than normal menstrual bleeding, irregular or rapid heartbeat, peptic ulceration, other gastric diseases or gallstones or if hypoglycemic. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding or if allergic to members of Dioscoreae family.
