Delivery Time
We strive to process and fulfill your order within 3-5 business days starting from the date of your order placement. Our order processing occurs every Tuesday, coinciding with our shipping schedule. Please note that delivery dates may vary based on carrier practices, delivery destination, chosen delivery method, and the type of the products ordered. Additionally, your items might be delivered in multiple shipments. Rest assured, we'll promptly send a confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs charged are based on using Shopify's account with Canada Post. Domestic packages are shipped using Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, and Priority Mail shipping methods. United States packages are shipped using Xpresspost USA and Expedited Parcel USA.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Damaged Product In Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Local (Calgary) Pick-Up Locations
If you live in the Calgary area you can indicate as a note on your order, the location you wish to pick-up from.
