Spinach: packed with high amounts of C and E, with an amazing cleansing and healing effect on the intestinal tract.
Cucumber: blood cleanser that contains an abundance of potassium.
Parsley: rich source of vitamin C, with beta-carotene and folate, and is said to regulate thyroid and adrenal gland function.
Apple: high mineral content and is good for cleansing and healing internal inflammation.

Lime: besides giving a nice zing, lime contains many key nutrients that boost the immune system.
Mint: helps the body break down fat and stimulate the digestive system.
- 100 grams spinach
- 2 green apples
- 2- 3 kiwi, peeled or unpeeled your choice
- ½ small cucumber or 1 stalk celery
- Small handful of fresh parsley or 8-12 mint leaves
- 1 lime
- Sprigs of parsley, mint, or celery stalk for garnish
Step 1. Wash greens, apples, kiwi (if unpeeled) , cucumber, celery (if using), and fresh parsley or mint thoroughly.
Step 2. Cut the apples, kiwi, celery, cucumber and celery, including stalks into pieces small enough to fit in your juicer. Chop parsley or mint leaves.
Step 3. Peel the lime with a sharp knife, and cut in small chunks.
Step 4. Pass all the ingredients through a juicer, discarding the solids.
Step 4. Pour ice in glasses and pour in the juice. If you like, garnish with a sprig of parsley, mint or celery stalk.
Step 5. Drink immediately taking small sips and enjoy!
